These Terms and Conditions apply when you join our Ceylon Tea Club, place an order, or use our website. By purchasing from us or becoming a member, you agree to these terms.
- About the Tea Club
Our Ceylon Tea Club is a subscription service that provides members with carefully selected teas on a regular basis. Each box may include loose-leaf tea, tea bags, tasting notes, accessories, samples, or related items depending on the plan selected.
We may update the contents, format, pricing, or benefits of the Ceylon Tea Club from time to time.
- Membership and Subscriptions
When you join the Ceylon Tea Club, you agree to receive recurring deliveries at the frequency shown at checkout.
You will be charged automatically using your chosen payment method unless you cancel before your next billing date.
You can cancel, pause, or update your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@ceylnteamarket.com or through your account, where available.
- Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
Payment is taken at the time of order or on each recurring billing date for subscription members.
We reserve the right to change prices, but we will notify members before any subscription price increase takes effect.
- Delivery
We currently deliver to UK mainland only / United Kingdom and Europe.
Delivery costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or events outside our control.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
- Product Availability and Substitutions
Tea is subject to seasonal availability. If a tea or item is unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value.
We will always aim to ensure substitutions are suitable and in keeping with the style of the box or order.
- Allergies and Ingredients
Some products may contain or be packed in environments that handle allergens. Ingredients and allergen information will be provided where applicable.
It is your responsibility to check product information before consumption, especially if you have allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements.
- Cancellations and Returns
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next box.
Due to the nature of food and drink products, we cannot accept returns of opened tea or perishable items unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us by email at info@ceylonteamarket.com within 7 days with your order details and photos where possible.
- Refunds
Refunds will be considered where products are faulty, damaged, unavailable, or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Delivery charges may not be refunded unless the full order is faulty or incorrect.
- Gift Subscriptions
Gift subscriptions are subject to the same terms as standard Ceylon Tea Club memberships.
The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct recipient details and delivery address.
- Offers, Discounts and Vouchers
Promotions, discounts, and vouchers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
Unless stated otherwise, only one discount or promotion can be used per order.
Discounts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Changes to the Ceylon Tea Club
We may make changes to the Tea Club, including box contents, delivery frequency, membership benefits, or pricing.
Where changes materially affect an active subscription, we will notify members in advance.
- Website Use
All content on our website, including images, text, branding, and product descriptions, belongs to us or our licensors.
