Introduction
Jetwing Hoffmann Bungalow lies 3,481 feet above sea level, nestled amongst the 100-acre Uva Ben Head Tea Estate. This modern-tyled villa, which was constructed in the early 1940s, once served as a holiday home during World War II, and consists of three well-appointed bedrooms with an attractive tulip tree standing in it’s gardens. With a contemporary dining hall and kitchen, spacious living room, beautiful gardens and an open patio, this bungalow makes the perfect hill country holiday home.
Location
The Uva Ben Head Estate is located on the southern slopes of a tea valley, with footpaths branching out in all directions.
It is approximately 203 km (5 hours) from the Bandaranaike International Airport. On a clear day, Pidurutalagala and Thotupola mountain peaks can be seen from the front lawns of the bungalows.
