- Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

- Domestic Shipping (Sri Lanka): 2–5 business days via trusted courier partners.
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination and courier service. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and local postal services.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order weight, and shipping method selected.
- Free shipping may be available on promotional offers or minimum order values (when applicable).
Order Tracking

Returns
Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the cost of the product will be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened tea packs, gift sets, or items purchased on clearance/sale are not eligible for return or refund.
Perishable products cannot be returned once opened due to health and safety regulations.
